Some call it clairvoyance, others gut feeling, intuition, or simply talent.
Whatever it is – it took me some time to realise that what always felt natural to me was, in fact, something rare:
a God-given gift – the ability to see a person’s true potential, nature, and even vocation, beneath all the layers life has added over time.
How It All Began
This gift became most visible during my time at DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG – Europe’s largest concert organiser and the German record label of Melanie C (Spice Girls).
As the assistant to André Selleneit (co-founder of Modern Talking) and talent scout for the label, I was also responsible for identifying future artists. The talents I believed in chosen for contract by the company – yet every single one of them went on to achieve remarkable success, some even internationally. Much to the label’s regret, as ignoring my intuition ultimately meant missing out on millions.
Turning a Gift into a Vocation
That experience made one thing clear: I see what others can’t – at least not yet. From that moment on, I knew this wasn’t just a talent – it was my calling. To not only recognise people’s potential, but to help them unfold it holistically – in alignment with who they truly are.
Today
My intuition has never failed me. Over the years, I have discovered and guided countless talents – not only in entertainment, but also in PR strategy, brand development, and personal growth. Many of them long before they became known to a wider public. Here you can explore a selection of these discoveries.

Germany
Singer / Songwriter, 1st german artist on Time Square Billboards
I scouted german singer / songwriter Malik Harris when nobody knew him yet and knew immediately he was to face a bright future due to his outstanding talent already that young. Then things went pretty quickly. He got a contract at Universal Music Group, got pre-act of James Blunt, Alex Clare, Jeremy Loops, Tom Odell and LP. As first german singer he was even featured by Amazon Music on Time Square when one of his singles came out. His debut album came out in 2021 and in 2022 he won the Eurovision Songcontest preliminary decision in Germany.

Romania
Internationally successful singer
I scouted romanian singer Inna during my time at DEAG Entertainment AG when she wasn't known yet. I immediately saw her potential and urged the company to take her under contract. They didn't, as he couldn't see what I could. At this point the inner call for an own agency was born as Inna became super successful internationally and it would have been the dream to work with her for the record label if they had followed my advice. She peaked several number ones abroad, won numerous awards, including the MTV Music Award. She was called "one of Romania's biggest exports" by The Guardian based on her sales and popularity.
She worked together with many well known artists, such as Daddy Yankee, Alexandra Stan, Sean. Paul, etc.

MARC-ANTOINE COULON
France
The world's leading international illustrator (and celebrity)
I scouted Marc-Antoine in 2014. He had posted celebrity portraits on facebook, one common way for illustrators to showcase their talent. From that perspective he was just one of thousands and completely unknown. Nevertheless I knew right away that he would become extremely successful. Being also a photopgrapher I am very passionate about black & white photography, he immediately became my muse as he is simply born for black and whites, physically and charismatically. I wanted to go to Paris for a whole black & white photo series of him, for photography purposes but also to document my scouting before his big artist career kicks in. We had already started planing, but then the attack of Charlie Hebdo in Paris happened followed by riots all over and the world was so in fear so I didn't go. A few months later he was already discovered by legendary Inès de la Fressange and from then on things went very quickly just as anticipated. A dream artist career came true.
Since then he is working for leading luxury brands, french & international press and various magazines including Vogue, Madame Figaro, Elle, Vanity Fair, New York Observer, In Style. I became a mom in the meantime & the world faced a pandemic. But my next stop to Paris will catch up what fear had prevented. With a specific learning: Never let anyone & fear take over.

THE german icon of female standup comedy
Carolin was a behind the scenes intern at a german comedy show and had to step in in front of the camera for a colleague who got sick. It was Caroline's first tv appearance which I happened to see. I instantly knew she would be highly successful. I remember telling my best friend right away to watch Carolin and to remember her name and how my prediction would come true. The rest is history...Carolin became one of Germany's most successful comediennes who shaped female presence in a male dominated discipline historically like no other.

I discovered Mareike Peters in 2018 when she had a tiny DIY cosmetic Instagram Profile with barely 1000 Followers and was so reserved that she wasn't even visible on her own account, her head was always cut off in her DIY posts. I supported her and only two years later she had not only her own rapidly growing cosmetic label, an own exquisit shop in Munich 80.000 Follower on IG, but was also listed on Forbes under 30, among the youngest successful entrepreneurs, featured on german tv and many well-known magazines, including Vogue. 4 years later in 2022 she had two further shops in Hamburg and Berlin, alltogether 60 employees, over 266.000 Follower on all social platforms and won dermatologic awards. NKM is not only a label but became a movement into a new Zeitgeist to revolutionise the cosmetic market finding back to the principles of nature and a maximum of sustainability with its own reusable bottle system. Legendary german, international celebrity estate agent based in Mallorca, tv personality
I discovered Marcel when he was completely unknown to the public when the german tv channel RTL interviewed this german guy who wanted to emmigrate to Spain. I knew right away that this was the beginning of a huge career as often it is written into peoples' auras. So I just waited if I would see him again appear somewhere. And he did. Marcel became an international name among A-class celebrities all over the world standing for high class lifestyle not only in estate, but in general. He is also famous for having built the first instagram mansion and the Remus Lifestyle Party, a yearly networking and lifestyle event gathering the big names. He is a regular on german tv and even has his own tv show. Marcel was among the first people who brilliantly understood the modern media Zeitgeist long before social media and used tv as a marketing plattform for CEO marketing and pioneered into a new era.
ALAIN FREI
In Germany well-known swiss standup comedian
Alain is from Switzerland but lives and works mainly in Germany. I scouted him in 2013 when he wasn't known to a broad audience yet. I supported him and he also became very successful in the years to come. He won numerous comedy awards, had several really well received stage programs, had many performances also on big comedy tv formats in Germany such as Nuhr im Ersten (ARD) and has his own podcast with fellow comedian and german TV personality Maxi Gstettenbauer.
